It seems that the iPhone 4 hasn’t just got internet geeks frothing at the mouth. The networks are tripping over themselves to state that they will be offering the iPhone 4 on launch day. T-mobile, Vodafone, O2 and Orange have all shouted loudly that they will have the iPhone 4 on the 24th of June. But, initially at least, Three mobile remained silent. But now they have joined the baying mob lining up to grab Steve Job’s latest device.
To try and steal a march on their rivals Three have also announced that they will be taking pre-orders for the iPhone 4 on the 15th of June. Having already pestered our networks we know Vodafone and co are not even giving out that information so it’s a bold strategy from Three to give out this date.
There is still no information on pricing from anyone at this stage and we are waiting impatiently for the 24th of June to come around. Stay tuned to select mobile for the latest updates on tariffs and prices when we get them. Until then try and amuse and distract yourself from waiting for the iPhone 4. You could enjoy the World Cup or even enjoy the civilization ending atrocity exhibition that is Big Brother. Either way the 24th of June will be here before you know it.
